- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or failure to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including contact details. VHIAN Gems & Jewels is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or appears incomplete:
- Do not accept the package if it appears visibly tampered with.
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the package and product for verification.
