Refund & Return Policy

At VHIAN Gems & Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every gemstone and jewellery piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, invoice, certificates, and any complimentary items.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Jewellery that has been resized, engraved, or modified upon customer request.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items returned without the original certification or invoice.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Photos of the package (if damaged)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, gift wrapping fees, and other service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product by paying or receiving the price difference, where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our shipping error, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated according to the Return Policy.

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
